Purchasing / Materials Management Department of Drossapharm Ltd.
The Purchasing/Materials Management Department is a service provider for the enterprise. The main responsibilities are managing the stock on hand, ordering and purchasing of pharmaceutical active and inactive ingredients for development and production, as well as of all primary and secondary packaging materials. Also included is the improvement of existing packaging and the development of new packagings, updating texts on packagings and in patient information sheets.
Additionally, there is purchasing for the entire materials used in production, laboratories and administration, purchasing of instruments and spare parts, and purchasing of advertisement materials as well as organizing transportation.
In collaboration with Quality Assurance, the selection of suppliers as well as rating and evaluating them is also carried out in this department.
The goal is a cost-conscious but uninterrupted supply to the user, ensuring the lowest possible stock and the optimization of the core suppliers. |
